Since Graduation: After high school, I went to NBCC-SJ and got a diploma in Early Childhood Education. I worked for a few years in the Childlife dept. at the Regional Hospital, and then in a daycare in Rothesay. In the fall of 1996, I married Dave Carvell, and we bought our first home in Saint John. Dave and I started dating while I was in grade 12. We now have 3 beautiful children; Zachary(5), Joshua(3) and Hannah(1). After having Zach, I decided to stay home and be a full time mom. In October of 2001, we sold our home, and moved to our new house in Hamilton, Ontario. It's been an adjustment, but the change has been a good one. We are involved in our new church, as well as various activities with the kids. I have also recently joined a gym, to allow for some "me" time. So, as you can see, with 3 young kids, my life is pretty busy. I really love being a mom, and can't imagine my life being as fulfilling any other way. Well that's the last 10 years for me. Hope everyone has a good time at the reunion! |
